Very interesting read here. The anti skimming laws will "protect" consumers :) .
One point of interest is that the Exxon Mobile Key fob has been hacked. A few years ago, I did remember that the CIO (or some other executive) on stage saying that they had paid hackers to try and crack the speed pass (fob) and that how they are unable to do so.
