Fantastic news, the majority of the documentation on the internet and on Microsoft indicating that only older (think 2006) versions of BizTalk are supported by Commerce Server 2007 and Commerce Server 2009.
I am super happy to report now that the product team has confirmed that internal testing is complete. Commerce Server 2007 SP2 and Commerce Server 2009 work just fine with BizTalk 2009!!!
