This is on of the documents that I tend to read and re-read a bunch of times. This document provides a great overview of CS as well as tie in the performance numbers with the operations and architectural side of things.
This document will be dated very shortly with the new Mojave bits coming out but it is still a darn good staple for anyone out there. Of course I am referring to the CS Technical Overview document that may be found here >>
